Privacy Policy

The privacy policy includes the rules for handling customer data and the use of cookies.

Part One: Handling of Customer Data

§ 1

Customers include corporate clients and individual clients. The processing of individual client data follows the "Policy for Processing Personal Data". The clauses concerning data retention in the "Policy for Processing Personal Data" also apply to the processing of corporate client data.

§ 2

The company uses accounting services provided by inFakt Sp. z o.o. of Poland. The company strictly maintains client confidentiality, including the privacy of individual clients and the trade secrets of corporate clients. Except for the following situations, the company does not disclose data to any other third parties:

1) Accounting and tax requirements;

2) Requests from Polish judicial or administrative authorities;

3) Requirements from companies processing payments, such as banks, Stripe, and PayPal.

Part Two: Handling of Website Data and Use of Cookies

§ 1

Website data is stored on a virtual private server, which is located in the data center of Sprint S.A. in Poland.

§ 2

Website user accounts and the user profiles and order information they contain are retained indefinitely. You may request deletion of your order information, and if you request deletion of your user profile, this means you are requesting deletion of your user account. Once user profiles and order information are deleted, they cannot be recovered.

§ 3

As a website user, you may request an export file containing your user account data, or you may request deletion of your user account data. This does not include any data that the company must retain for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

§ 4

The website is built using the KWebApp program, which uses a strictly necessary cookie to identify the status of visitors or users on the company's website. For example, it helps to identify whether a user has logged in and whether additional verification is needed. Visitors can also set language preferences.

§ 5

The website uses Stripe to process user payments. When loading the Stripe processing module during user payment, cookies from Stripe Inc. are generated. The use of these cookies is governed by Stripe's Cookie Policy.

§ 6

For security reasons, the IP addresses and web browser user agent information of visitors and users are recorded in the website's database. This information helps to identify whether additional verification is required. By default, this information is automatically deleted after 31 days.

§ 7

When you register an account on the website, in addition to a username and password, your full name and email address are also required; other information is optional. When you place an order, you must provide additional information based on tax requirements, and additional verification may be required to prevent fraud.
