Policy for Processing Personal Data

§ 1

The administrator of personal data is TCM I KULTURA PROSTA SPÓŁKA AKCYJNA with its registered office in Kraków, ul. Dajwór 14/19, 31-052 Kraków, registered in the register of entrepreneurs maintained by Sąd Rejonowy dla Krakowa Śródmieścia w Krakowie, XI Wydział Gospodarczy Krajowego Rejestru Sądowego under number 0001055970, NIP: 6762650432, REGON: 526269887.

§ 2

Processing of your data, acting on the basis of Article 6 1. (a) of the GDPR, includes the following information:

First name and surname, required for payment verification, issuing invoices and accounting documents, based on Article 6 1. (c) of the GDPR;

Email address and phone number, required for communication and service, based on Article 6 1. (d) of the GDPR;

Address, required for issuing invoices and accounting documents, based on Article 6 1. (c) of the GDPR;

Bank account number, required for payment verification and accounting documents, based on Article 6 1. (c) of the GDPR.

§ 3

Data comes from the persons to whom the data relates.

Providing data is voluntary but necessary for communication and service.

The personal data provided will be processed for the purpose of providing services, handling requests, and responding to inquiries.

Your personal data will not be processed in an automated manner, including profiling.

Your personal data will not be used for marketing purposes.

§ 4

You have the right to request access to your personal data, its rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, or portability, as well as to object to the processing.

You have the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

§ 5

Your personal data is securely stored within Poland.

Accounting documents (an invoice containing your first name, surname, and address; a bank statement containing your first name, surname, address, and bank account number) will be sent to an accounting agency in Poland for accounting and tax settlement purposes.

§ 6

Your personal data is not transferred to third countries.

§ 7

In accordance with Art. 442¹ § 1 of Kodeks cywilny of Poland, personal data other than accounting documents is stored for a period of three years.

In accordance with Art. 74 of Ustawa o rachunkowości of Poland, accounting documents are stored for a period of five years. According to Art. 70 § 1 and Art. 86 § 1 of Ordynacja podatkowa of Poland, the five-year period is counted from the end of the tax year in which the tax resulting from the given documents was due to be paid.

§ 8

You have the right to lodge a complaint with Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, the supervisory authority of Poland, if you consider that the processing of personal data violates the provisions of the Regulation.
